Our Story

My name is Tara Taylor, born and raised in the country town of Dubbo. In 2016 I married my best friend and partner of 10 years Jarrod Taylor.

I have always had a desire to help others and once thought it would be in the line of nursing, however, I have realised that helping others can come in many forms, with event planning being one of them.

Growing up my family has always celebrated milestone occasions with lots of food, cheer and style- this is where my passion for designing and styling events stems from.

I have styled, managed, coordinated, setup and packed down many events over the years including; weddings, corporate events, baby showers, birthdays, bridal showers, engagement parties, themed events and a grand opening. I have completed courses in Wedding and Event Planning and Décor and always look to further my skills and knowledge, ensuring I continue to deliver high-quality service to all my clients.

Our Team

Tara

Tara is the founder and face behind Taylormade Weddings & Events.

First and foremost, Tara is a mum of a cheeky toddler, Harry, and wife to her hardworking hubby, Jarrod.

Often described as an energetic, fast paced person that thrives on being busy – Tara lives by the saying ‘good things come to those who work hard and never give up’ and truly believes you can achieve anything you put your mind too.

Erinn

Erinn is the Event Assistant & Assistant Stylist.

Erinn brings with her an interior design background with a strong passion for helping people reflect their lifestyle and personality, within their homes and at their most special occasions.

With a love of graphic design and photography, Erinn often draws her inspiration from nature and other like-minded creatives, and the results are always stunning.

Diana

Diana is the Administration & Event Assistant here at Taylormade Weddings & Events.

With many years of experience in the Administration field we are delighted to have Diana apart of our team.

Lara

Lara is an Event Assistant here at Taylormade Weddings & Events.

Lara is currently in year 10 and is looking to pursue a career in interior design.
